For the past month and a half or so Johnny and I have been running 2-3 times a week. Running is one of my very favorite outdoor activities and now that Johnny comes along I love it even more! I am loving my newest running buddy:) Johnny has some knee problems that have always prevented him from picking running up. He's been taking glucosamine and we have gradually increased our distance. I think last time we tried this he did too much too quick. I'm keeping my fingers crossed he is able to continue. I am running my first obstacle mud run in 2 weeks with a few of my close friends and I can not wait! It's been awhile since I've ran in an organized run so I'm getting pretty stinkin excited!
