It's Farmer's Market time again and I am extra excited this season. Since Johnny and I have been juicing we have been using lots of, I mean lots of fruits and veggies each week and there is no better way to buy produce than local and fresh. So we took a little journey to a local farmer's market in town to pick our own strawberries:) It was such a beautiful day to be outside and picking strawberries was a great idea. We got a few other goodies, like tomatoes and fresh eggs while we were there but we were mostly excited about juicing our fresh strawberries. If you are wanting to find farmer's markets in your area there are great resources now to find these local gems, from facebook to apps on your phone! Try this app or this website!
Hello! My name is Tia (my friends call me T). A few things you should know about me: I'm a nurse, runner, wanna be cook, thrift finds lover and insanely in love newlywed. O yeah and I have an awesome cat named Burlington. I've decided to blog about my journey to the "balance" of my life, if the thing called balance is even obtainable (we shall see).
Between staying in touch with my old life and evolving into my new life I am enjoyning every moment, almost :) My goal is to make each day a productive or creative day, whether I knit a hat, go for a run, read a good book, cook a yummy meal, find a pretty thrift treasure, create a new healthy snack the list goes on! I'm looking forward to my journey, I hope you enjoy following me!
